Mike Osborne was a very special musician...I remember him as quietly intense and thoughtful and not a seeker of the limelight...I must have seen him play dozens of times in many small venues from ‘68 to ‘75 or so...I loved his playing...a high end technician but full of heart as well as head...I still listen to his music a lot on the original vinyl and i’m so pleased this gig has surfaced.
Hugh respect to Jazz In Britain for their whole initiative...you have made an old man very happy... John Cratchley

I tell you: Erik's performance was the highlight. I started getting his work after that. Like Steve, he grew on me more and more. This album is spectacular. You must have it. it is my very favorite of his. It is another world. petco

I'm a regular on Cuneiform Records special weekend offers, in which the good Cuneiform people highlight older releases. That makes for a steady supply of Cuneiform music, but lets me probably miss out on their current stuff. Their "Albums of..." samplers at least help me keeping up to date with their latest "adventurous music", so thank you very much :-)
